Refund Policy

Short version: try Faste free for 14 days before paying anything. If you buy and it still isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

Try before you buy

Every download of Faste starts a fully functional 14-day trial — no payment details required. We'd rather you find out whether Faste fits your workflow before any money changes hands. Please use the trial to check that Faste installs and runs well on your Mac.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchased a license and Faste isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order ID or the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Optionally, tell us what went wrong — it helps us improve, but it's not required for the refund.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to your original payment method. Once issued, allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.

After 14 days

Past the refund window we generally can't offer refunds, but if something is genuinely broken for you, email us anyway — we'll always try to fix the problem first, and we handle edge cases (accidental duplicate purchases, billing errors) with common sense.
